During 2020, I knew I had to do something with all my newfounded free time. I tried multiple things. First, I tried selling knicks knacks through dropshipping, then I tried to sell high end furniture- again through dropshipping. Total flops. Yeesh. I was about to try my third go round with dropshipping (with FBA), when I saw an interview with Tai Lopez and Brian Page. Brian explained his process of rental arbitrage for Airbnbs so well that I literally went, “I can do that!”

 And there began my journey with my first short term rental. Landed a deal with a 1 bedroom apartment right by Disneyland! Although, I was really confident that I create a smooth operation, it definitely took trial and error. After many, many lessons, my Airbnb operation became a well-oiled machine. I figured out how to draw my ideal guest, how to get a 5 star review each time, and how to get more bookings throughout the month.

I figured, hey, maybe there’s people who need help with their Airbnbs. Boom. I started cohosting other short term rentals. Currently, I cohost Airbnbs all across the US from the west coast to the east coast. I have since evolved to include services to start up short term rentals. I shop and stage brand new str’s and it has been so much fun!
